If you move the vent between the toilet 90 and the y to the lav this would be legit. You MUST use a wye, not a san tee. In addition, the wye must be rolled so that the invert is above the center line of the drainage pipe (downstream of the trap being served). You must also address the tub vent. The same rules apply--the vent must be downstream of the trap.
