Tub to Lav sink to toilet DWV?

We are trying to put in a new bathroom, tub, sink and toilet. Here's what we were thinking;
Starting at shower;2"drain to sink area where the sink 1.5" ties in then continuing with 2" to 3" drain after toilet elbow.
Venting;2" going up from tub over to sink hooking up with sink then going over to 3" vent stack .

Sound OK? Did I loose ya?
Oh one more ? The inspector says that if we are ever going to put in a second floor bathroom he wants 4" vent stack all the way. Any comments?
