Since it is cast iron, not china, that means the sink itself did not break and a refinisher should have no more problems than if it were a cast iron bathtub. : : No. And having a refinisher make the repair would probably cost more than a new sink. : : : Oops! Broke a 1 1/2" corner off of a porcelain undermount lavatory during remodel. Is there any glue that will hold without showing a crack? LonnythePlumber : hj an undermount cast iron will cost me $180.00 plus tax and it still won't match the other two in the house. Do you think the bathtub refinishers can repair porcelain?
