: any info on tankless water do they hold up against a hot water tank?

I had one made by a company called Aqua Star in the 1980's. It worked very good and was efficient. It was propane gas powered, (we lived in the country), and did have a pilot light. It automatically turned on when the faucett handle was turned and shut off when you shut the water off. We had 3 daughters and all of us showered every morning with no problems. If you tried to use water at another faucett while one was being used, it didn't work so well. We knew this and worked with it. The savings was worth it, much more economical back then. I'd research a manufacturers web site of both kinds and compare. I'm sure technology has changed in 20 years.
