It could be a loose faucet washer or a defective diverter (if you have a spray hose) that needs to be replaced. The only way to tell would be to take the faucet stem(s) out and inspect for loose parts.
The diverter on most kitchen faucets is located under the faucet spout. You can possibly remove the diverter to stop the vibration of the piping and replace it another time, the faucet should operate normally without it installed.
