|In response to Re: Heating zone won't shutdown|
: I have a 3 zone forced hotwater heating system. the zones are controlled by the pumps being turned on and off. My system was recently serviced to replaced the vent tank, loop check valves and several other corrosion related leaks (old antifreeze but that is another story).
: Several days after the repairs, the upstairs zone does not appear to be shutting down. The circulator appears to be working as the power to that zones circulator does turn on and off depending on the heat demand. What else could be the problem??
I had this happen in my house, one of the check valves was stuck an so some circulation was taking place.
