Wanted: Showerhead Recommendations for Low Pressure

I was going to replace my old showerhead and was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a type of showerhead that will work OK in with low water pressure. The old showerhead is one of those 'waterfall' types with a gigantic 8' face, so it may well be that something, anything, smaller will spray more strongly. Thanks!
