: When you drained the tank, did you open a hot water faucet? If not, you have an air lock that is holding the water in. The bubble sound is a small amount of air that is get in through the drain valve, but it would take forever to get enough air to drain the tank at that rate. reply: I just open my pressure release vavle when draining my tank. |
