The flapper on this model (an Eljer) doesn't appear to be adjustable at all and leads me to believe there are poorly designed toilets being pawned off on the public. Do you believe this to be true? Reply: I don't purchase or install that brand. I find that Gerber, A/S, Toto all are very reliable, have better flushing power and parts are readily available.
