basement bathroom

I am adding a bathroom to what appears to be a "prepped" basement. The floor has sink, shower and toilet plumbing sticking out of floor. I also have what I think is a sewage pit. I realize that since I am below the septic tank I have to install some type of sewage ejector pump. QUESTION: What size is good(horsepower)? what brand? does it have to be a self-inclused pump , or can it be more like a sump??
