All fixtures do need to be vented. You may be able to use Air admittance valve(s). You need to consult a master plumber to be sure. These devices can not be hidden in closed walls. And you need to consider your drain lines sizing, fixtures, and how they are routed, close to the main drain, etc. A number of factors to consider, that you need professional advice. Oh yes, they need to be approved for use in your area too. Oh yes, they need to be approved for use in your area too.
