Found 800 number in Danze PDF parts breakdown. Google search crosses it to : Pegasus 2455 Paces Ferry Road Atlanta, Georgia 30339 866-863-9931; 888-328-2383 I happen to work for Expo (a Home Depot Co) and have been looking at the various faucets we sell under the Pegasus Brand and trying to locate the vendors (plural) that produce them. Will post more info as I find it. Hope this helps.
