There is something wrong. The pressure is too high if it is the boiler relief valve. The pressure or temperature is too high if it is the water heater relief valve. It should be serviced, but we cannot tell you the cause of the problem without checking the system.

: I have force hot water heat. I have my furnace connected to my hot water heater for the hot water. The problem is that I have water continually coming out of my pressure relief pipe coming from the furnace. It's about a bucket a day when the weather is cold. How do I correct this, and is there something wrong?
