Not knowing anything about studor vents I was unaware they could freeze up in cold weather. Quick follow up question: What is the maximum horizontal piping allowed between P trap and vent when using a 1 1/2" waste line 1/4" per foot pitch to accomodate proper venting in a circuit configuration? I'm still exploring the possibility of not using the studor vent option and tie back into the existing vent system.
