As of Thursday evening (01/22/04) my replacement tank had not shipped. It was originally due on 01/20/04. Also, I was getting conflicting stories on when it would ship. Even the local American Standard rep was supposedly having difficulty with the customer rep in NJ.
Consequently, my last A.S. Champion came out (Thursday evening)and went back to H.D. for a refund. It was replaced by a TOTO Drake (also Thursday evening). All is well.
