|In response to Re: Unconventional toilet vent.|
: : P.S. Although the sink is tied in to this vent line, I can't figure out where the shower drain is tied in. Do showers need vents like sinks and toilets?
: I figured out where the shower drain ties in, but I'm still curious about the other question. Thanks!
Yes, ALL plumbing fixtures need vents. Frequently the shower shares a vent with the toilet. If the p-trap is not siphoning out, it is probably vented.
