A person has a small business on well water that is not fit to drink, and wants to reduce the smell of the hot water. Unfortunately she can't convince the landlord to chlorinate What is the best approach? Before or after the water heater, (30 gal. lowboy) Without emptying her pockets... A chlorinator before and charcoal filter after? Thanks! Charles |
