It means two things in the house regardless of where they are. I would not expect any huge savings when installing the tankless in the same location as the tank type since you will still have to drain the same amount of cool water out of the pipe before you get hot water. : I thinking of having a Tankless water heater installed. Would like some imput, if you have one. : It says you cannot use it for more than 2 things at a time. Does that mean like showering in 2 different bathroom, even if they are on the same side of the house? I'm confused. Our tank is now in the garage. : Are there any problems with hard water deposit build-up? We have terrible lime crusties in our water heater now.
