| In response to Re: Using an S-Trap with my pedestal sink | |

Among that limited selection there should have been at least one that had a pedestal that was open all the way to the bottom so your pipe placement could be accomodated. : I am replacing a vanity with a pedestal sink for my small bathroom (sink selection was severely limited). The problem is that the drain in the wall is too low for the sink model. I have a 1907 house with beautiful tile that I do not want to remove. : The only solution is installing a plastic S-Trap that allows me to connect my drain and keep my sink close enough to the wall (the S will look more like waterslide when I am done with it). Unfortunately, the pedestal doesn't exactly hide my imaginative plumbing job. : Any ideas??? Your advise is appreciated.
