: radiator bleeding nut wringed and is completely stuck. Do I have to replace the entire radiator or is there a way to get it off/out so i can put a new one in??

If you mean it is stripped or inoperable, the bleeder valve itself in most cases can be replaced. The threads in the radiator (usually 1/8") may need to be retapped. The system pressure needs to be killed or the complete system drained to do it, depending on the type of system that you have.
Good Luck. e-plumber
