: The pressure in the system may be too low for water to reach that level, or the Mono-Flo tees may be too close together to generate the resistance needed to force the heat to that level.

: : I have a single line hot water heating with mono-flo system. The hot water does not reach the third floor of my home. Look for some direction

Check the boiler pressure/temperature gauge, for a three floor house, the pressure should be about 20 lbs, give or take a pound or two, depending on boiler water temperature.
If you open the air vent on the radiator and do not have water, you will need to add water to the system or call a professional to do it for you.
Good Luck. e-plumber
