Reply:
Check the boiler pressure/temperature gauge, for a three floor house, the pressure should be about 20 lbs, give or take a pound or two, depending on boiler water temperature.
If you open the air vent on the radiator and do not have water, you will need to add water to the system or call a professional to do it for you.
