In response to Re: Storage / pressure tank
: Mine is about 10 years old (weltrol) and Im not getting the pressure I think the house should have.Should I check the air pressure with the tank emptied and is 30lbs correct? Is there anyway to measure the pressure at individual faucettes? Jon

The pressure switch (square D or pumptrol type )can be simply adjusted to increase the water pressure. The (bladder type) Tank should have approx 2 psi below the cut-in pressure (when tank is empty) Check the pressure gauge when the pump is running to see what your on/off settings are. Post back with info and we will advise on adjustments. Hube
