You are too gullible and believe the advertising. Any toilet can be plugged, but you need a good closet auger to unplug it, the $15.00 ones may not work. : I have a four-month old TOTO Carlyle toilet which blocked after my teenage daughter flushed a tampon down the toilet. A plunger doesn't work on a TOTO, so what does? Do I assume we have a blockage in our drain pipe eventhough the bathtub and sink seem to drain fine?
