: i am experiancing a loss of running water just from my kitchen sink. everywhere else in the house works fine even the dishwasher which seems to all be hooked up to the same place is working. i was washing dishes with the water running when the water just cut off. i shut the handle off and tried to turn it and nothing happened no sound nothing but the dishwasher ran fine.i'd appreitate any help thanks Take the aerator off the end of the faucet and turn the water on. If this improves the flow, clean and reinstall. If not post back and we'll tell you the next thing to check. It is the aerator in about 95% of the cases where you have neither hot or cold at a faucet.
