Caulking to use for Shower Drain

I pulled out the tub and am installing an American Shower & Bath Round Fiberglass Shower enclosure. The insturctions say "Not to use 100% silicone caulk" under the drain when setting into the base. They recommend a Latex/Acrylic Caulk with less than 40% silicone. I have looked at the Caulks available, such as DAP 230 and the normal DAP tub/tile caulk, but none callout the amount of silicone, if any. (Nor does their webiste or MSDS) I would appreciate a recomendation on what to use - I want to minimze the chance for a leak.
