I subbed out plumbing to a licensed person. Inspector missed it. I missed it. Finished floor is totally done. When I slid down the toilet flange on the 3 inch pvc pipe it was too high. Your idea of building it up is great if I cannot find a flange that is already connected to an elbow. As that would kinda be similar to a low hub.

If I were to lower the drain pipe I wouldn't have suffient slope.

Does anyone know the name of the pvc manufacturers? Maybe they have their catalog on line and they have something similar to what would resolve this. Of course this is holding up the entire project now.

: Two inches too high??? How did that happen? Allen, you may end up having to install an entire toilet shim. Basically raise the toilet to the needed height which, if done properly, wouldn't be an eye sore. And your taller-than-average friends/family would appreciate the raised seat.
