Due to lack of communication between plumber, carpenter, tile setter... We went to install a toilet in a floor yesterday and the 3 inch elbow coming up from under the floor is too high. Is there a 3 inch pvc pipe that already has flange attached? Is there a low hub 3 inch long low elbow made? Or will this greatly reduce sewage flow. Really do not want to open up the floor too much if we can avoid it. TIA. |
