A 600 inch roll of teflon tape can last me a year or mote because I only use it on plastic threads. Fot the rest of them I use a teflon based joint compound. : What do plumbers use these days to seal pipe threads -- something like RectorSeal T Plus 2 pipe thread sealant or the traditional pipe thread tape? Any advantages to the liquid sealant?
