Recently had new tile floors laid on top of a cement backerboard. After this, the top surface of the closet flange is about 3/8" inch below the top surface of the floor. I purchased some closet flange extenders... it came with a 1/4" and a 1/2" extender. The question is that I dont know what my target should be. Should I be trying to end up flush to the floor, or above the floor. If the latter, by how much? Thanks in advance. |
