Tom, If the fitting is leaking, it should be replaced. If you are looking for a night or two, maybe something like Silicone. But you will need to replace it after the party.

Tom,
If the fitting is leaking, it should be replaced.
If you are looking for a night or two, maybe something like Silicone.
But you will need to replace it after the party.
