There are several issues involved in installing a toilet and the other fixtures that can not be resolved without being on site. Since these changes will require a permit and inspection and with your apparent lack of experience with plumbing, it would be very wise to contact a plumbing contractor to evaluate your situtation and tell you what has to be done.
