Pressure Tank

Thank you for your help!
My pressure tank did come up to 27 lbs.

...but now, (does it ever end?!?!?), I think the litteral days of constant: on-off-on-off, anytime a demand for water was made, has caused my 20 year old 3 HP Controller to call it quits!
For the last couple of days I had to "kick-start" the pump in the morning by holding the points together for about a half a minute. Well, today, hold the points together, and nothing...

I just removed the controller and am about to head out the door to get it tested�

Any tips?
