Your toilet or drain line is plugged. If the vent were plugged the toilet would have a super flush action. : My toilet has not been flushing well for the past 12 hours. When flushed, it will fill (sometimes overflowing) and then slowly drain. Then it drains too far...almost empty. : When it was allowed to sit overnight, the first flush of the morning worked fine. The second flush (minutes later) did not. : I have checked the vent pipe on the roof and nothing is clogging it for the first 5 feet. Any suggestions would be great.
