I have a water saver type new toilets in a new two story home.... When flushing it doesn't hold the bowl flusher open long enough to drain the entire tank.... The only way I can properly flush is to hold the flush handle down for about 5 seconds... Anyone out there can sugest a fix? thanks Bob
