somewhere in the last year i printed a post on another site from someone who says "briggs and toto can be cheated back to teh old flush with a 5 dollar no side hole toilet flapper" is this true? I have a Carrolton expensive Toto that i think doesnt' have the best bowl washdown. I am ready to do this if it is true. Thanks!
