: Local codes vary on these things. You probably won't be allowed to put electrical too close to gas. Gas needs to be minimum 18" deep. Depth of water pipe depends on local climate. Electrical is best in conduit; an electrician can tell you what size conduit based on number and gauge of wires. Inspector may not allow gas at all under concrete; depends on what type of structure you are building. You also need to find out what your local inspector allows on gas piping; in my area epoxy coated steel is allowed. Some areas may allow or require some type of plastic, which can only be installed by licenses plumber.
This certainly can be a do it yourself project, but you can see the codes are complex and you need to at least get some advice from some licensed contractors. You do not want to screw up gas and electric installations.
