I recently replaced a toilet on my main floor (a basement is below). When I flush it, a pocket of air is released and blurps water about 2 inches up in the toilet (like a water cooler blurp). I figure air is getting into the pipe somwehere but can not identify the source (especially since there is no leaks from the base of the toilet or below the toilet). I used a wax ring with a horn/flange on the end. Its been about 3 weeks and I see no damage to the floor or ceiling below but want to stop the toilet from from blurping water up. Can you help?
