Hube The problem with that suggestion is that the pipe in underground (concrete) but I will double check the pipe as it exits the water heater again. Thanks Jim : JIM; check out the PIPE RUN to this shower, as it could be touching a cold wall, or going thru a unheated area.. Insulating this pipe will certainly help to keep the heat in. 30'is not that far, that it would effect the water temp more than a few degrees. Hube
