Technically, you are "wet-venting" the lav, but it looks as if you have laid out the DWV pipes for good drainage. If there is nothing else except the lav draining into the shower/bath vent, your setup should work. It is OK to wet-vent a lav, but other fixtures with more drainage would not be OK.
