We bought our home a year ago and in 2 of the bathrooms the builder installed AquaGlass Gelcoat Builder Tubshowers 326032A
We have never had these acrylic tubshowers before, always had porcelin and tile. We live in Indiana so our water is pretty hard, full of limestone and the walls and floor of these showers are covered with a hard water film. We have tried mild cleansers but that has not done the trick and we are afraid of damaging the gelcoat with something like Limeaway or TheWorks. We already know that something abrasive is out of the question.
I cannot seem to get any answers out of AquaGlass on how to clean these units. They seem to sell their own cleaning products but I tried getting ahold of their rep and no luck there either.
Anyone know how to get these units back to being clean and smooth? Thanks!!
