: We bought Topaz Whirlpool with Backmax by Maax. My husband noticed that a hole for the overflow installation is not round but oval and quite big. I�m not sure if it can be completely sealed by the rubber part. It looks like that this hole was cut out twice � one circle than another one little bit higher. I�m wondering if it was designed this way on Maax tubs or we got defective one. Please help since I can still return it. Thank you, Sofia.

That doesn't sound right. The hole should be round, as overflow drains have round sealing washers on both ends.
