There are several different models of valves and the parts are not interchangeable. Therefore, you have to determine the make and model of valve and then either get a new internal part, or the pieces to repair the one you have. : I live in an old apt in NYC with a tankless toilet (just a handle and pipes leading into the wall). Recently I've had to hold the handle down or the water just stops flushing. I remember I had this problem once before and the guy who fixed it opened something and cleaned something else out but I don't remember the steps. can anyone help? thanks
