You have to watch the pilot when the burner goes out. There could be a pressure surge in the pipe that blows the flame away from the pilot burner, or the burner could go off with a bang and extinguish the pilot. : I light my pilot light, the furnace burns blue. After the room temp reaches the right level and the flame dies out, the pilot goes out also. I am very confused. Thanks for any help. Kenton
