From your description you either have a bad batter, the most likely problem, or a bad charger that is not doing a complete charge to 36 V. : I have a 1978-90 (?) E-Z Go 36V 25 amp golf cart battery charger that when I test it with my voltmeter under no load I get 2.8 VDC initially which in 5-10 seconds drops to 1.8 VDC. What is the likly problem and where do I buy parts ? Thanks. Harold
