How it can be fixed is not your problem. That is why you have a contractor. Bring it to his attentions and let him decide how it is going to be repaired/replaced to your satisfaction. If the spot is repaired and the final result is less than acceptable, insist that the unit be replaced.
: I am building a new house. I was cleaning up after the tile installers, painters, plumber, etc and found that someone had chipped the new shower stall. How can it be fixed?
