: I purchased a spec home, brand new, in 2000. the home now 3 years old has had 1 broken water line per year ( avg ) total of three now, this last one in Sept. caused over $ 25,000 dollars damage to our home.
: builder refuses to replace this worthless plastic plumbing, my insurance has notified they will not re new our policy unless new copper lines are installed..
: they ins. and builder refuses to pay for this est, $3,892 dollars, they want my family to pay.

What is causing the failures? Have you contacted anyone at Flowguard? CPVC is widely used. Somehow there must be more to this story.
