We love the toto ultramax that we installed three years ago. One toilet is used 5X as much as the others. This one has had to have the filter replaced for a $3 part that I did myself. But that is because we have very impure water with alot of particles in it. The filter was very dirty and worn. I have used Kohler and Am Std and would never go back. Toto is very cheap to maintain.
