|In response to Re: Pipe noise|
I found your website by searching for help on a vibrating noise from my toilet. I just replaced the ballcock valve in my Mansfield toilet, but used a "universal" ballcock valve. I didn't change anything else. Could the vibration be caused by the fact that I have a universal ballcock valve and everything else is Mansfield? Thanks.
: It sounds like a noisey fill valve.
: It may just be cleaning, or it could need to be replaced. Terry
: : After the toilet flushes and fills, a fairly loud humming/vibrating noise builds and then fades away. The next one , a few seconds later, is not as loud or lengthy. The final two aren't nearly as discernable.
