: If the pump is not designed to work with a battery, then you need an inverter to change the battery power to 110 AC. Even with that the pump would deplete the battery charge in a fairly short time. : : I have a working sump pump! When I lose power for any length of time my basement floods. I want to install a battery backup to my current sump pump without purchasing another sump pump/battery backup combination. Is there something available out there? Yes, there is go to this url, but it's expensive! |
