In response to Re: Toilet advice wanted on gmax "Baldwin"
:We purchased a toto gmax name brand Baldwin. Hired a plumber to come over and we have been experiencing several problems since the installation. First the screw on the tank was loose and was leaking after the plumber left. Next the tank keeps on running after it has been full about every minute. The plumber told me I have a defective flapper. So I got a flapper. After that was installed the tank is still leaking. The plumber came out again and adjusted the g-max in the tank. Now the g-max is running even more often. I need to know what the procedure is for disassembling and installing as new g-max. To call a plumber out again for the third time will exceed the cost of the toilet itself. If possible I would like to install it myself. Please advise.
